Context
An expense app that removes the most tedious step: typing. Photograph the receipt and the text is recognised on the device itself.
Problem / opportunity
Finance apps demand sign-up, sync and trust in someone else’s server. The opportunity: do it all locally, with no accounts.
Solution
Installable PWA with in-browser OCR, automatic category split, monthly summary, history and multi-language support. No backend: data never leaves the device.
Outcome / status
Published and in use. Available as an installable web app and as an Android APK.
